I stayed in a room on the 16th floor with a balcony. The location is convenient and the place is generally clean, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell in the room and I spotted few small cockroaches. Thankfully, I had brought my own air freshener and disinfectant spray, which helped. Overall, the stay was manageable, but the odor and pests definitely took away from the experience.

Hotel room deluxe with balcony yung room na kinuha ko. Pero yung binigay samin wlng balcony kaya nag concern ako lalo matagal stay nmin boring pag wlng balcony for me. Nagawan nmn ng paraan kaya kung ano yung booking nyo dapat e concern nyo tlga kasi yon ang binayaran nyo. Accommodating nmn yung staff

The ambiance of the hotel is nice and relaxing, the management and employees of the hotel provide good assistance to the guests. Good food venue in the building. 🥰🥰🥰

We are from Bicol,expectedly we arrived earlier than the check in time.I tried to request for an earlier check in time since my appointment is at 2pm.,but they refused my request thus we came late in our appointment.WE just stayed overnight ,yet at 9 am the following day the electricity was off.But the scheduled check out is 11 am.

the room was very frustrating. we never knew about that the electric current was prepaid, that's why in the middle of the night while we're sleeping the power cuts off. and there were cockroaches and no tissue available in the bathroom.
