This hotel was old and thread bare. The staff was unhelpful, the bathroom door, toilet seat and shower were broken. The room bed was was sagged AND hard. No comforter. I have nothing good to say about this third rate hotel.

I haven't slept well in the past five days. The old-fashioned air conditioner is too noisy, and the quilt inside smells. Bath towels are so gray that I dare not use them! The swimming pool is full of dead animals and I dare not go again

Great room great price.have not been here for 2 years, was great then.now no cafe.pool out of service.did not warn us.the main reason I came here.they advertised pool when we booked. Elevators not working well.i would stay here again.many happy memories here in past.

This is the “Manila Hotel From Hell” I helped my sister with the luggage to the room but was told to leave unless I decide to pay for staying there. I have never encountered such crazy service. The security and front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional. The room was old and the mattress was dirty as if it was taken from the street. My sisters vacation was completely ruined and she wanted to leave but was told it cannot be cancelled. God help us!!

Outdated hotel. Needs a lot of attention, ac dirty and dusty. Room stinks, beddings and covers smells of mold. We booked here because it is close to Manila Doctors to visit my late auntie. Everythibg about this hoyel is horrible. It took us 40 mins to check in just to end up in a room smells of mold and i dnt knoe. Cockroaches around the side tables. I coulsnt take it i left midnight, checked out and moved. Parking is complicated. Security in the vallet easnt helpful. Never again to this horror hotel

Upon check in, this hotel didn't even bother to tell us that they have no free breakfast. Have i known such, wont have stayed in this hotel. I asked for a complimentary bottled water and they will charged me even if the five days stay was already paid in advance with a complimentary breakfast that was booked by my company.
