Not accommodating and inflexible. The road of the entrance looks dark, under contruction and not safe to walk on your own.

The place is ok but the neighbourhood is not really safe as you can see.
The cleanliness is not consistent as the housekeeper needs to be reminded.
The amenities are not reliable coz as we all know they have a spa, manicure/pedicure as per in their amenities but in real there's nothing as we plan to set there and have it but as they say nothing.
The service crew are very courteous and accommodating.

This hotel was too strict for me. I booked it because it was close to the port. Not too many restaurants in the area. They will charge you for anything here. Not for me.

The stay at Armada was awesome, clean rooms friendly helpful staff. Just recommend that for breakfast that the menu for buffet be changed to Eggs, Bacon,Sausages etc!

You cannot find a better option than Hotel Armada Maynila within this price range in the entire Philippines. • The location, Maynila Bay, is just perfect – in every aspect.
• The hotel itself – with the most beautiful staff imaginable. Always smiling, serviceminded, helpful and observant. Prepared to help you as their valuable guest whenever you need it – even before you are aware of your needs yourself. You'll feel like a king or a queen – or maybe a president or a foreign ambassador when staying at Armada Hotel.
• The main standard is high. The cleanliness is impeccable – all over. The rooms are perfectly sized, maintained and cozy. The restaurant in the lobby area serves you delicious meals to reasonable prices.
– My wife and I stayed here for one week recently. We will return to Hotel Armada Maynila – for sure, and hopefully have a longer stay next time. We recommend every visitor in Maynila to check this accommodation out, and I promise: You'll never regret.
