Nice hotel large rooms and confortable bed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool was nice but outdoor lights didn't seem to be working. Wifi was hit and miss and did drop out quite a bit which wasnt ideal for booking on flights etc. But the hotel itself was nice and close to shops and the bay.

I’m happy guesy the staff are kind and polite, i loved to recommend this hotel should be like the same like five star hotel. I love their service and the way the staff was very polite and helpful. I am very happy😍😍😍

Large room (Superior King) which was clean unless you go looking under the fridge or bed. A very comfortable mattress and excellent bedding was provided. The shower was warm to hot and powerful. There was no view from the window which didn't bother us for the price.
The tv had poor reception but we watched Netflix on our laptop using the hotel wifi.
The pool was excellent although of expected moderate size for a roof pool. Loungers and seating was provided.

Not accommodating and inflexible. The road of the entrance looks dark, under contruction and not safe to walk on your own.
A lot of better options nearby.

The place is ok but the neighbourhood is not really safe as you can see.
The cleanliness is not consistent as the housekeeper needs to be reminded.
The amenities are not reliable coz as we all know they have a spa, manicure/pedicure as per in their amenities but in real there's nothing as we plan to set there and have it but as they say nothing.
The service crew are very courteous and accommodating.
