Aloha Hotel Roxas Boulevard Manila Reviews

The elevator was broken. We did not learn pd this issue until check in. I am traveling with my 81 year old mother, who has lung cancer. The hotel originally putbus in a 4th floor room, with a balcony door that did not lock. When I told them my mom couldn't so the staira they put us in a 2nd floor room. Stairs were still difficult for my mom. The front desk staff didnt care, and offered zero refund on our prepay room, evem though we were downgraded. Downgraded room had dirt piled up in the corners. No towels. No water. Broken box springs. This hotel should be embarressed. We did get a $50 coupon from *******, to compensate us for our troubles. The only good parts of this hotel were the gard working bell staff, who carried our heavy bags to the 4th floor, and then the 2nd floor. The 1st floor restaurant was also good for Filipino food.
