Absolutely shocking place to stay,dirty, and in need of severe renovation.
Reception staff were unhelpful, especially after telling them the 1970 tv didn't work and them replying we are updating our cable tv (Yeah, when ? )and WiFi was terrible..
I guess you get what you pay for, but we paid a few pounds more and checked out early to a far better hotel a few meters walk away

I got disappointed of how unclean the room and comfort room are. It seems like the sheets and towels were not replaced. The sink was even clogged. Despite the bad amenities, the staff were the best. They smiled at us and kindly assisted us to our room at 3 AM. They even kindly accepted our decision to cancel the rest of our booking days. Thank you so much to the staff of Manila Manor Hotel. We hope they improve on their amenities because their staff are one of the bests.

The best location. Easy access to malls and bars. This is a quaint hotel with carpeted rooms, big cabinet, 2 beautiful side lamps.

Maybe due to the old hotel , the old room and their old amenities too. There are mini cockroaches inside the washroom and wifi connection not working even though it is connected. 😔😔😐
