Corner rooms are smaller, so try to request a non-corner room. The noise from the main road overlooking the city can be heard inside the room even of you’re on the higher floors, 20 and up. There were no pillow cases due to delay in delivery. Not bad for its price, you’ll get what you pay for basically.

Hotel 101 is a great place for staycation or a short stay.It is close to BGC and the service is excellent, except for their front service office, they are not very informative unless you ask.
But the staff are friendly and helpful.
The overview is also beautiful, overlooking BGC and the malls

The check-in process at the front desk was quite frustratingly slow; we ended up waiting for nearly an hour before we could finally access our room. Despite the delays, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped ease some of the frustration. It seemed likely that the holdup was due to issues with their computer system rather than any lack of effort on their part. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to assist were appreciated, but the waiting time was certainly longer than I had anticipated.

Hotel staffs are very accommodating. The room was clean and comfy though we need to follow up the pillow case. Great location and near to Market Market mall and SM Aura just a short walk and also near to the market where you can buy chicken inasal and other stuffs. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor right beside the entrance. Over all, it was a pleasant and great experience of staying at Hotel 101 - Fort. Will highly recommend to may friends and family. ☺️

Excellent customer service from all hotel staffs. From Security, Front Desk, Pool Receptionist, Dining crew, and the Housekeeping, all were trained properly. Breakfast was okay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Front Desk also allowed us to have a late check out until 13:00. Better if the rooms have rugs especially bathroom mats to avoid any accidents. Will rebook again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the best things about it is the location—it's incredibly accessible to nearby attractions. The mall, convenience stores, and other popular spots are just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy and convenient. However, one area that I believe needs improvement is the check-in process. I had to wait for almost 15 minutes just to check in, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. To enhance the guest experience, I recommend the hotel consider installing automatic check-in machines to speed up the process and reduce wait times.
Aside from that, everything else met expectations and I’d still consider staying again for the location alone.

This marks my 7th stay at Hotel 101 – Fort, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the peaceful, no-fuss experience the hotel consistently provides.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—just what I needed for a solo recharge. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth as always.
I also got to enjoy the pool. It’s a great spot to unwind alone, with a relaxing atmosphere and a nice city view.
Whether it’s your first stay or seventh, Hotel 101 – Fort continues to be a dependable choice—especially for solo travelers like me. Looking forward to my next visit!
