Upon check in, we got some small issue as the staff was saying we have no confirmed booking. We showed our confirmation booking reference and receipt to have proof it but insisting it's not paid yet nor it's not being process by a booking online . Upon negotiation and both explanations, we already (guest) decided to just cancel it to get refunded however there was no option for cancel and have trying to plan to just move out and look for another bnb at 01:25 when the staff finally was able to locate the booking through the name of the guest.
We was able to check in then.
Suggestion:
Have more training and have endorsements of duties to it's staffs to avoid an almost mishaps.
Towel should be free. We was looking it but we notice it's chargable.
Try to have a bit more cleaner lobby or check in counter, your front desk is full of dust.
Looking for baldi, but has taboo naming but poorly, madumi. Not being a criticising but fact 👌 bathroom is big but shower faucet is sick. Not functioning well. Parang ambon lang.
Looking for table to put some plates on or chair to set on.
For it's price not a worth. I been too many bnb who's cheaper, but excellent in services.
So far, the front view is so nice .
