As always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel Bonus you're very close to two big malls

This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor. The rooms are all spacious. The breakfast is yummy. Looking forward when all renovations are done

To be honest the stay was good! The room is clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! Early check in was not possible which was kind of disappointing after our arrival from the airport at 07:00. Manila is just not very attractive! And we had a smoking room next to us - so we had to change room in the middle of the night and then our room got smaller without a minibar and a misconstrued shower! All in all was it good! We stayed in the room nearly the whole day!

My stay at City Garden Suites Hotel Manila was generally pleasant. The room design, while slightly dated, was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Ermita and within a 7-minute walk to Robinsons Mall, as well as close to the bay, offering views of the busy Manila port. The proximity to several Halal restaurants and massage parlors is also a great convenience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I must mention that the doorman was particularly attentive. While the breakfast options for vegetarians were somewhat limited, they were sufficient for someone with a small appetite like mine.

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

Indeed a lucky hotel for those applying for US visa. Booked a room for an early morning us embassy appointment. Walked about 5-7mins to us embassy from hotel. Very convenient. Will recomment to family and friends with appointment at the us embassy. Stay could be perfect if there were toothpaste and toothbrush provided.

The location was great as I have activities to do at Quirino Grandstand. The facilities and room was pleasing to the eye. However, the walls are thin, you can overhear your neighbors. There was only one door key, which can be inconvenient when you’re sharing the room with a friend. I hope you give at least 2 room keys. The aquarium wall was beautiful, however the glass needs to be cleaned.

Budget friendly hotel! I've been to Red Planet a few times already and I always love my stay 🥰 The staff are very accommodating and helpful, they always give you a big smile 😊 there are 24 hours guards on duty, 7-11 is right there at the ground floor and the Robinsons mall is just a walking distance as well as the US embassy and St. Luke's. Basic amenties - towels, toothbrush, and paste. I liked the liquid soap provided - did not dry my skin. Some rust on the soap and shampoo container as it was steel/metal bottle. Room was clean enough. Linens fresh and crisp. The room size was decent. The AC was a little loud. Robinsons mall is nearby. Alot of food options around the hotel.

A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets
