I liked that there are places close by to shop. But I didn’t like the rude staff. I don’t like that you walk into a dirty room. I didn’t like I called the main phone before getting there several times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The room stunk really bad of mildew. The floors were gross and felt slightly wet. The chair was disgusting. The indoor gym what was listed online was closed down when we got there. Barely any breakfast. There were crumbs from the last person. Just overall wouldn’t recommend staying there. I stuck it out for 3 nights so I wouldn’t lose any money. But I won’t do that again.

The room was terrible, we didn't even stay there the second night, although trying to talk to staff wasn't available because no one would answer the phone. Trying to call and work with ******* wasn't much more available either. there were many issues inside the room, lights didn't work, room felt dirty and worried about bed bugs. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I pick this place because it is cheap, and you get what you pay for. There were no reasons not to stay here such as bugs in the room feeling unsafe, but its not great and possibly even not good. But I only need a room to sleep in and a place to store my stuff during the day.

Stay only if you need to sleep In my 1st room, there was a live spider in my bathtub. My room also smelled odd, telephone didn’t work & the tv had to be adjusted by staff in order to get it to work. And then the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was hot in my room! After I went to tell them, the staff person tried to fix it but couldn’t so I switched rooms. In this room, the lights between the beds didn’t work. The rooms are extremely dated and there were no usb plugins nor a clock. I also had problems with my key working that I had to keep going up to get it rekeyed. Given all of this, the bed in this room was comfortable and the staff were nice. It’s not the worst place to stay.

Worst place EVER I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies! Dark & gloomy rooms. A guy sitting on stairs where you have to walk to get to your room. Crazy lady screaming up and down hallway. Then traveling to different floors. Definitely felt very unsafe. I left the property immediately.

Location is Everything There were many roaches in the bathroom. The tub looked like something out of a horror movie. Maybe it was clean; maybe it wasn’t. I can’t tell because the re-surfacing job done on it had deteriorated. The water had great pressure and was hot enough to cook a lobster in. Thank God. Hesitant to stay again but there’s a chance I’d consider it being that the breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was spot-on. The location is fantastic with a Starbucks in the parking lot and the mall across the street as well as other dining options
