It is located less than 3 min from downtown, KSU campus, multiple restaurants and shopping. Nice place in Manhattan
Convenient location, with comforts of home. Small and comfortable.

Perfect location for our needs
Place was comfortable and was in a very good location for what we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is that the coffee pot was a little small when you have 4 coffee drinkers. Had to make about 3 pots each morning.
