很差勁的一次體驗。退房時候説馬桶蓋壞了是我們弄壞的。可是我們住進去馬桶蓋就是那個樣子。查房的服務員態度極差。跟她説明情況她明明一個對講機就能解決的事情非要讓我跑上跑下的自己去跟前台説。房間裏面的大瓶礦泉水並沒有飲用。可能是上一間房客扭開過。查房的服務員硬説是我們使用過。真的是無語極了。從來沒有見過有哪一家酒店會這麼離譜。這麼噁心的體驗希望這輩子都不要遇到。並且希望酒店方可以培訓一下服務員的整體素質（特指查房那位）好好的一次旅行。因為一個不是我們原因造成的馬桶蓋損壞而讓人倍感不適。再次吐槽查房那位服務員的素質以及態度。真的很下頭。無語至極。招聘服務員的時候請培訓一下至少不要這麼聽不進去人話。

有送水果牛奶，設施陳舊，重點是隔音特別差，隔壁用水就一直在響，很影響休息，春節這個價格住這樣的酒店，很不匹配

前台服務不錯，自駕過來的，有停車場，酒店門口有一個大大的帆船模型，還有樹化玉很奇特，就是酒店房間不太隔音，走廊上説話房間裏面都聽得到，住了兩晚，第二天會換新的洗漱用具，總體來説還不錯。

房間有點吵。另外在去哪兒上一直是免按金入住。但這個酒店要求付按金。第一個前台服務態度差。車被擋住了。讓我自己看。説她也不知道是誰擋住的。第一天晚上樓上住客製造噪音。凌晨一點。我打電話前台一個男的接電話。我請他去樓上看看。並告訴房客不要吵了。他説他也不知道是哪個房間。#服務差。

酒店所在位置還算可以，去景點打車都方便，路邊也都有掃碼電瓶車，就是衞生感覺有點不行，廁所馬桶裏麪一圈發黴也沒刷，洗手枱上跑出來個小蟑螂
