酒店雖然有些年紀了，但是看得出來老闆是有用心在經營，所有的設施裝潢應該都有重新裝修，衹是對於沒抽煙的住客，確實有點兒困擾，因為走到哪裡都是有一股濃濃的煙味，七樓有兩台洗衣機，服務人員的態度一般般，附近要去景點都不會太遠。

春節期間機緣巧合預訂了這家酒店，這家酒店雖然開業時間比較早，但酒店內部設施還是比較完善的，房間內部也比較乾淨。前台小姐姐態度非常棒。因為要趕早班飛機，早餐一開門就去吃了，老闆還親自煮米線給我爸爸吃。非常棒的一次入住體驗。

接機服務酒店有再三和客户確認，還是比較有責任心的。但是衞生感覺一般，被子上有明顯的顆粒感，能再掃出東西的感覺。總體好評。

不得不誇下前台小妹妹，很熱情客氣，很耐心詳細回答我的問題。房間也很乾凈整潔，雙層玻璃，其他酒店很少見，隔音還是可以的。酒店的早餐很豐富，菜品很多，還有餌絲、麪條、米線、包子、饅頭，，，，再加上早餐水果，真的是吃的滿意住的舒心，，下次來還住你家！！！

交通很方便，離芒市廣場很近，主要是我辦事情也比較方便。整體環境不錯，雖然這次房間靠馬路但是隔音效果很好，一點都不影響休息。服務態度也好，房間內專門設有曬衣服的地方。對於我這種經常出差的人來説解決了換洗衣服曬衣服的煩惱👍還是很值得推薦的，下次來一定還會選擇香萊華酒店。

衞生做的相當到位，房間窗簾是電動的，雙層玻璃隔音不錯 ，前台還有芒市的旅遊指南，連續住了三個晚上，並且前台小妹還告知七樓有洗衣機供客人使用，洗衣粉洗衣液啥的都有，服務很貼心！

我們的房間非常乾淨，我們需要去的所有其他地方基本上都很近。自助早餐是普通的中式自助早餐，還有餌絲米線，下次一定再次入住。
