酒店衞生特別差，總的訂了2間房，1間房裡水杯裏有半杯水，閑置的床上有很多灰和石子，另一間房的1張床上有毛髮，聯繫前台上來換床單，前台全程沒有道歉，還黑臉，先進來的時候還敲門進來問了那有頭大，説了後前台就出發了，第二次進來直接刷了房卡就進來了，換了床單沒檢查就走了，傳單上還有不知名水漬

酒店設施差的要死，住了兩天第一晚空調噠噠噠響了一晚上，關了又跟蒸桑拿一樣熱死，第二天叫前台換了一間，好傢伙這回是不噠噠噠響了，改換蒸桑拿了，這破空調不製冷，吹一晚上熱風，差差差評還這麼貴

臨時預訂入住，總之情況一般，還算過得去，不過給前台説加兩床被子，服務態度很好，馬上就送來乾淨的了，贊一個。另外，房間燈光比較暗，無法調。孩子看書不怎麼好，建議改進。

我想説的是那個空調一點都不涼 叫人來看 她們叫了一個掃地大媽來看壓根就沒有解決問題然後就走了 前台都是幾個小屁孩 體驗極差 在德宏那麼熱的天空調不涼 晚上有人半夜來敲門 走廊有奇怪的聲音 走廊的燈還不亮
