位置好、房間大、停車方便。
接團酒店（停了7、8輛大巴）、服務態度差（前台待答不理的）、設施陳舊、淋浴花灑卡不住（開水無法固定，亂晃）、燈光灰暗、6點多走廊就有很多人拉箱子退房説話、早餐廳亂的一塌糊塗，好多人搶飯吃，早去沒地坐，晚去沒東西吃（補貨太慢），桌子上殘羹剩飯收拾不及時，看見都倒胃口。散客還是謹慎選擇吧…

酒店大廳寬敞明亮！酒店前台熱情接待，問她們芒市好玩好吃的地方有哪些，均耐心介紹😊😊😊晚上隨機逛了芒市廣場，吃了周邊的特色美食，第二天去逛當地菜市場，一路上都是芒果跟菠蘿蜜，超讚！！！下次還帶着家人一起來，還是會選擇住錦泰酒店。

還可以，不錯，房間裏還可以看到金塔，我們是一家人入住嘛，入住的時候房間洗漱用品不夠，讓阿姨幫忙加一下東西也很熱情， 周邊吃的也比較多， 酒店地下室也有停車場，旁邊也有一個大的，但是我們停了地下室，還是挺好的，車不用風吹雨淋

床軟還大，熱水充足。早餐豐富，停車方便，有個大停車還有地下車庫。看到酒店還接了比賽，就算接了比賽，服務也沒落下。辦理入住也沒讓我們久等，又續住了一晚
