Fanshi Hotel

The environment is beautiful, with Burmese characteristics and a good location. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too simple and does not highlight the local characteristics. After all, with a price of more than 1,000 yuan per night, you should work harder on the food!

My child's classmates, five families, 10 people, stayed here in the beautiful old town. The king-size room was very comfortable! The service was attentive, and the child had two bowls of rice noodles for breakfast. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, and the service was good, but I felt the value wasn't high. The pool out back was small. There's only one bridge, and the price is quite high for a hotel in the area. Official accommodations in Tengchong are cheaper, and the food and environment are better. Overall, I felt the value wasn't high. It's too small.

We hadn't originally targeted the elegant room type, thinking it would be easy to book since it wasn't peak season, but it was already fully booked. First, the hotel room was very clean. My mother's first comment upon entering was "This is a nice hotel room." The hotel service was excellent: the front desk lady personally wheeled our suitcases to our room. Then there was the airport drop-off service. Our flight was delayed three times, and the hotel staff patiently helped us postpone our departure. On our last day, we had planned to watch the sunset at the Arejang Bookstore, but we miscalculated the time, so we ended up "looking at the hotel garden." Looking at the pictures in other reviews, they looked like AI-generated images, and I thought it was incredibly Photoshopped, but the hotel itself was truly like that. If I visit Mangshi again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel room was very clean and mosquito-free, which was a relief. The soundproofing was also excellent, and I slept very well. The overall service was excellent, and the waiters all smiled. Meals were delivered to the room, which was a nice touch. I couldn't fault the hotel. Perhaps it's because the rooms are relatively limited, so they're often fully booked. I tried to extend my stay, but there weren't any available... Alas. Finally, let me mention Mangshi. The city center is incredibly hot and humid. It was quite cool at 7 a.m., but by the time I checked out after breakfast at 8:30 a.m., it was already sweltering outside. But once I drove up to the mountains, it was cooler. (PS: The giant banyan trees in Mangshi are truly breathtaking.)
