房間設計很有新意，給人新穎別緻的感覺。房間衞生打掃乾淨，早餐也還不錯，就是八點以後去吃菜品水杲所剩無幾後也不添加，這方面須加強！
接送機服務（8-24點）:提供的免費接機服務準時，車型是別克商務車，美女司機開得很好！｜

房間裝修風格是一大亮點，藍色系給人輕鬆，、休閑的感覺。床品很好，乳膠床墊，乳膠枕，被子很柔軟，睡得安穩。
前台服務員王女士服務熱情，電話聯繫説留一間安靜、視線好的房間，我們12點鐘到店後，房間就給整理留出來了。
6樓服務員張女士，性格温良，話語不多，但工作踏實，大掃衞生專業。本以為我們連續入住，地毯可能不會打小，結果每天都用吸塵器打掃的乾乾淨淨。
早餐是在一樓過橋米線店就餐，菜品比較豐富， 水果新鮮好吃。
停車場大，停車方便。

裝修風格沒得説，穿上華麗的服裝，還以為在皇宮，拍照很出片。位置很好，離我租車的一嗨門店才30米，早餐品種多也很好吃。枕頭和床墊太舒服了，大人小孩睡眠質量直線提升。服務很好，兩個小孩很調皮，地毯弄得很臟，都打掃得很乾凈。大廳的錦鯉都可以讓小孩看一天。接送機很方便。唯一缺點是廁所有點小，不介意的強烈推薦入住。在芒市騰沖瑞麗玩了9天，這家酒店是我最喜歡的一家，另外一家是騰沖的開臣温泉酒店也很棒。以後會推薦朋友入住的。

設施都挺新的，300能住套間的性價比無敵。
唯一的問題是套間不在酒店裡，在酒店對面的停車場裏，沒有保安，感覺誰都能隨意進出

水龍頭污漬，漱口杯污漬，國慶漲價可以理解，前台人員培訓不到位，告知升級房型398，讓我退了攜程的訂單，後面又打電話給他們經理，突然漲價到498真是無法理解！早餐還是比較有當地特色，煮米線的大姐服務態度太差，總體評價，管理有待提高。

酒店不錯，裝修好，乾淨，衹是前台服務差了點，沒一點服務意識，而且表達有問題，我出示身份證後第一句告訴我你們住的酒店在對面，我下意識的拿過身份證以為走錯了，我又追問了一下才告訴我在這邊入住，我才明白。然後就在那高冷的杵着，我的天！正常不是應該辦完入住告訴客人房間在哪兒哪兒嗎？這裏不需要倒裝句吧？

踩雷，主要問題是衞生太差太差，打掃衞生的工作人員太敷衍。
1.桌子上的小吃，一包餅乾竟然是打開過的！橘子是發黴的！
2.浴室的洗漱用品也是被打開過的！
3.廁所裏面還有上一個客人遺留的垃圾！
4.電視機是壞的，畫面衹有一半！
