房間衞生很乾凈，房間裏面提供了免費的水果和牛奶，酒店還提供免費的早餐，服務也很好，還有接送機服務，有耐心，環境也很不錯，住的很舒適，私密性很好，設施完善，入店還送了兩張拾貳季温泉水樂園的體驗卷，感覺很好，喜歡的朋友可以試一下

五星的好評給到房間乾淨整潔，給到第一天的前台接待，給到早餐品類。
酒店有副樓，而且副樓在馬路對面，辦理入住和早餐都在主樓。第一天辦理入住的時候小姐姐很熱情，而且有我沒問到的都直接告訴我了。第二天續住刷卡時，前台三個人都好像早飯沒吃好一樣，有一位不知道是前台還是財務工作人員，數着錢的同時跟我們這邊搭話回答，一副領導的樣子。反正就是都沒有個笑臉，感覺再問我就不耐煩了，或者你咋那麼事多的樣子。早餐品類可以，不是特別多但是也夠吃了能滿足所有人，就是煮粉的大姐服務一般，跟她説做什麼她就直接做直到拿到粉她一個字沒有。酒店有接待水果和牛奶。衞生間挺大的有兩個淋浴，缺點就是沒有任何華佳，自己帶的毛巾或者洗個襪子內衣之類的沒有掛涼的地方。

酒店的早餐特別豐盛，芒市當地特色美食應有盡有。酒店整個環境服務是不錯的。離景區和市區都很近，停車場很大停車也很方便。服務很好很周到設施也很齊全。房間很乾凈，裝修看上去也很舒服。淋浴有兩個噴頭出水很大很快，床品很舒服！總之是一次非常舒服的旅行，已經推薦給朋友了，下次有機會還會再來！

房間裝修風格很高級，玻璃鏡面增加了空間縱深，會感覺房間很開闊，然後是智能開關，開關燈窗簾都很方便，還準備了牛奶水果糖果，以及一次性馬桶套，真的是潔癖人福音，有需要下次會優先考慮它家
