房間沒有準備任何可供小孩子使用的東西，拖鞋，浴袍，洗漱用品都沒有。本來其實也沒什麼，但是酒店是配套有一個水上樂園的，所以還是很能吸引小孩子或者帶孩子的家長來住，建議準備孩子的用品，這樣在玩水上樂園的時候孩子有拖鞋和浴袍可以穿。 酒店備有免費的自助洗衣烘乾機，這個很方便，但是隨之而來的就是取消了晾衣繩和晾衣架的配備，我們住了2天，泡了温泉的泳衣衹能選擇去排隊洗衣烘乾，要不然第二天就衹能穿濕的，但是公用的洗衣機還是有點膈應，所以雖然很方便，但是希望提供其他選擇。 酒店位置偏遠，離城市和景點都不近，還好芒市不大，出門就可以打車。周邊有個順德餐館不錯，可以試試，是春節期間唯一可以步行去的餐館 最後，酒店前台服務意識不夠，很多時候語氣態度都是一種不耐煩的感覺，問什麼都言簡意賅表情淡漠語氣不耐煩，問附近有沒有什麼吃的，指着牆上説自己看。不知道是不是春節人多的緣故。
