房間很大很寬敞，也很乾凈衞生，房間後面是山景，像梯田一樣種着玉米等植物，酒店門口有廣場停車方便。酒店建在瀾滄江邊上，出門到廣場上就能看到洶湧的瀾滄江水，渾濁的水加上暗紅的山石，很有西北的蒼涼雄渾質感。海拔也適中，很適合318旅行居住。

酒店整體沒什麼問題，服務態度巨好沒得説，設施完善！門口風景很好！早餐和枕頭感覺一般般。全部都挺好的，就是那麼多空房結果遇到了一家沒素質的人在對面。站在房間門口開着揚聲器看**，半夜2點吵吵鬧鬧回來關門摔的震天響，一大早6點開着門嘻嘻哈哈聊天？?？一個晚上沒睡好，投訴處理的也很積極，當然是客人的問題非常無語，與酒店無關😵💫

環境非常好！酒店前面有個很大的廣場，吃完飯散步很舒服，旁邊就是瀾滄江，出門幾步遠就可以看到很壯闊的風景。酒店設施也不錯，挺新的，但略有遺憾的就是花灑真的太高了，對南方人的考驗實在是巨大😭

酒店的花園和休息區設計得很雅緻，我每天早晨都會去散步。庭院裏綠植環繞，有涼亭和長椅，走累了可以隨時休息。大堂的沙發區寬敞舒適，我常在那裡看書或喝茶，服務員還會主動送來毛毯以防着涼。晚上燈光柔和，氛圍寧靜，完全沒有嘈雜的感覺。酒店還提供免費的報紙和雜誌，細節處處體現對老年客人的關懷。這樣的環境讓我住得很舒心。

前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務態度特別好，早餐也特別豐富多樣， 海拔2600多 ，有很大的一個廣場 到了晚上 都是人 心情舒暢的一天😁

前台小姐姐既温柔服務又好，房間有局部重新裝修
床上用很新，床非常舒服。是這趟318上同等價格住的最舒服之一。滿分推薦

比較遲才到酒店，但是還是感受到了服務熱情。房間很大也比較新，走出來就到江邊，過橋還有個棧道觀景台，散步逛逛風景不錯

房間設施保持得蠻好的 有自己的院子可以停車 酒店的環境不錯 晚上安靜也不吵 為了趕在交通管制時間前通行 7點後無法吃早餐 酒店也沒有提供可以帶的早餐 建議：能不能提前早餐時間 或者給攜帶早餐
