Oakwood Manor Motor Lodge

Typical motel, the car can be parked at the door of the room. You can pick up or send the airport at a time. The hotel has Chinese staff during the day, and communication is more convenient. Hotel location is also better to find.
Manha Hotel Auckland Airport

Just as a transit hotel, the actual experience is not bad. I took the yellow bus from Bus Stop C of the domestic terminal and waited for a long time. The carriage was large enough to accommodate my luggage. The hotel is not close to the terminal and there is nothing around it. Note that the yellow bus pick-up from the airport is free, but there is a fee for drop-off. If there are many people, it is recommended to take a taxi. Hotel reservation information is required for airport pick-up. The hotel is very new. It seems to be run by Indians. The attitude is very good. It is much better than some white hotels where people only serve food. As per the instructions, breakfast is free. There is very little variety, which is better than nothing, since there is no place to eat around. Luggage storage is free for the day, suitable for a trip around the city. The room size is compact and the sound insulation is not good, but it is not a big problem. I live on the first floor and it's not damp, so it doesn't have any impact.

Second stay in 3 months. Service was great at reception and the restaurant. Food was exceptional. My room had everything I needed - comfy bed, good shower, clean and spacious. I was well rested for early morning flight and caught the free shuttle. Thank you for a great stay.
Airport Gold Star Motel

Do not stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting. I have never been so grossed out in my life. The room had blood over all the curtains , the room was dated and beds were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable and would flip when you would rolled to the other side. The sheets were filthy and made everyone’s skin itchy. We ended up staying awake the whole night to protect our belongs and not to catch what ever was in the beds. The bathroom was the worst part. The roof and walls were covered an green and black mould and the shower floor was grimey and slippery. The motel is hosting Housing New Zealand guest who are extremely noisy parting until early hours of the morning. Cars were racing up and down the driveway all night and the other guest were threatening us and implying they were going to steal our belongings. We had to drop our car to a family members in Auckland as we were told the car would be broken into if we left it in the car park. When we approached the manager and explained our distress he said “ you are a liar , you have a plan and trying to get your money back from me” We explained we were not looking for money, we wanted him to realise this place is foul and not suitable for guests. He kept saying “you are a liar, you are a dirty liar , you planted the dirt”. We explained we had seen illegal activity within the premises and he told us he was going to contact the other guest to come “have a chat” with us. Cutting it short DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND HAVE NO SLEEP!!

We arrived in Auckland on the first day and stayed here. Everything felt very good, but because I lived in a lot of places for ten days, so I commented objectively, I felt that the equipment was a bit simpler, and then there were many parts of the tableware in the room. It was not cleaned, so we cleaned it all before! In addition, the other is still good, the boss boss is Chinese, so the communication is quite convenient! It’s not bad.
