Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

Nice place. Rooms are typical western - mini fridge, TV, large bed, nice bathroom etc. the pool area is lovely; the pool is very warm though. It’s like taking a swim in warm broth. The restaurant is also very nice. The ghee roast prawns were amazing! All in all a decent stay.

it was a wonderfull stay with family in taj vivinta mangalore very good and helping staff mouth watering food and super service spacious room love you taj. clean and good pool and other amminites. wish to visit again shortly. dining experiene in each restorennt is a diffrenet and must try ones. with family its the best place

I have been to mangalore Taj many times since 2008 my MBBS times, hadn’t stayed here since last 4 years, things have definitely changed much positive but little negative too. Rooms have become modern, luxurious and food has improved to great extent but somewhere the tajness is missing. For the first time in my entire life of stay with Taj I had to pay extra half the room rate for late checkout of 4 hrs, even with silver membership where I felt may be it’s the vivanta thing

Very good experience, special mention for Miss Soni at Chinese Restaurant. Appreciate the maintained property and cool location. Variety of food in breakfast, tasty dishes in restaurants. Neat and Clean Space, They should add Spa and other Amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Mangalore. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and elegance. From the bellboy in the lobby to the manager at reception, every staff member—including housekeeping and the restaurant team—was friendly and provided excellent service. I was in Mangalore for my daughter’s swimming competition, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. With several other families staying for the same event, they were incredibly attentive, even extending breakfast hours to fit around our early morning sessions and offering late dinners. This level of flexibility and service is something you don’t find at many hotels, and I’m so glad I chose to stay here.

Large group of us Short stay at the Vivanta. Sparkling clean rooms. Fluffy towels. Superb service. Very helpful staff who packed breakfast for me and let me select what I wanted also ate there. Very good food. View from our room was an old gritty building only con. Would stay again

Excellent Hotel and Lovely stay. Enjoyed living for 2 nights with all amenities, courteous staff, good food, cleanness, super hospitality, Deepika Ji made our 1 day itenary so beautifully that we could visit all temples, shopping and 1 beach in Mangalore.
