Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times.
AC not working properly
Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

"Exceptional Service and Outstanding Dining Experience!" I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome specially thanks to Mr Arjun. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations without being intrusive. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere—elegant yet comfortable. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here, from the chic décor to the impeccable table settings. The service was flawless; our server checked in at just the right times and made sure we had everything we needed without ever rushing us. As for the food, it was simply exceptional. Every dish was beautifully plated, fresh, and bursting with flavor.
