Excellent location very close to mangalore central station. A very good spread in the complementary breakfast. Laid back restaurants (three of them) and bar providing very good food and drinks.

Moti mahal. Had a lot to be desired. 1. Bathroom gets fully wet after a shower which is disgusting 2. No pegs or holders to hang your clothes in the bathroom
3. Bathroom door frame eaten looked horrible
4. Ac was just at a single speed operated by a switch got exceedingly cold at night. 5. Fan too was at single speed. So slept with both off. Was very hot. N disgusting 6. Breakfast was pathetic n cold. Experience horrible. At check out spoke to the floor manager n told him my experience. He went back office n did not return. Couldn't get his name.

As stated, "Road side breakfast equivallent". We were unnerved to watch the staff simply put up a show and shut a road side breakfast by 10 am. It became even more alarmingvto realise that the "Suite" booked had dirt and grim on the floor as we enetered the bedroom. While calling the household help to clean we raised our foot soles to prove that it genuinely is dirty. The house keeping was generous with toiletries and water bottles. That said, this hotel is by far our worst experience in Mangalore.

The rooms were in poor condition, with mold covering the walls. The bed linen was extremely old and unusable. It seems that moti mahal is scheduled for demolition in a few months, which is why they haven’t invested in refurbishing the rooms. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Wonderful facilities, lovely food and dining, excellent customer support. Well maintained hygienic premises and surroundings, ideally and centrally located with helpful, responsible staff and very well trained. Have no complaints, had a wonderful holiday and stay
