It is an old and we'll established accommodation. Response from the persons were very good. Food in the veg. Restaurant is amazing. Courteous and helpful front office staff.

Worst customer service, they charged a lot of money for 2 hour early check in, couldn’t arrange a cake for guest who celebrated birthday wasn’t helpful at all very slow wifi, people can find better hotel for sure, only room were clean and is located in centre of the city

Safe place, polite staff, family atmosphere. Quality has deteriorated over the years. Door lock was defective. Wi-fi internet was painfully slow - from 2 mbps mostly to occasional 12mbps! practically useless internet. Flush of water closet defective, water leaking continuously! bath tub does not drain fully; some water remains all the time.
