Not good staff service. Wifi facility is very poor. If we have any issues staff will not turn back especially the front door people. Always busy with there personal phone and pretending it's a business call. Very poor staff cooperation.

It was a terrible stay. Room was not cleaned thoroughly and was unhygienic. Pest and insects were seeing loitering around. There was a constant noise coming from outside during midnight, and the hotel staff didn't acted on complaining also. It was a terrible experience.

The room is pretty good and comes with necessary facilities. They say they offer early check-in with an extra charge, however, once you get to the hotel they deny it. We paid extra for another person but they didn't offer an extra mattress. Although the room is clean, i think there might be some issues with bathroom vents which they need to look into. Criticism apart, the place is a very budget-friendly stay and has some very kind and courteous support staff.
