The hotel is not safe at all. I lost my gold bracelet there. During the check-out i informed the reception. They called the staff member responsible for handling the luggage, and he told me there was no need to go to the reception - just head straight to the car, which was strange. An hour later, I reached out to them again via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the response I received was unprofessional - merely a thank-you message with no indication of genuine concern. No follow-up was conducted, and no staff member was assigned to address the issue. The matter was simply handed over to the hotel workers without any proper oversight, reflecting a serious lack of responsibility and poor management. As for my gold bracelet, it was carefully placed on the bathroom mirror. Initially, there were suspicions about two people who entered the room, but now the circle has widened - it turns out four people had access to the room. It was a terrible experience. The hotel is not safe, and the staff are not trustworthy. Unfortunately, they're not even taking the matter seriously. The fourth employee involved is supposedly on leave, and I'm expected to wait until he returns — it's ridiculous. I have everything documented on WhatsApp. The hotel is absolutely not secure. Amazing staff! Amazing hotel, it was so clean, and it had a beautiful view. The staff were so welcoming, felt like home. The FOOD!!! The food was soooo good!! Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve tried!!

The staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive people. We liked proximity of the sea, the rooftop was nice. There is pool inside and outside. The breakfast is good.service staff so nice especially Mr. Ravi he is so polite and doing well job so active, so professional thank you Mr. Ravi . Will visit again
