"It is on highway we had booked suit room. Room was pretty good but poor maintenance geyser was not working. There is no one to listen to your concern we asked for towel in morning we got that in evening. Geyser was not working no hot water then they repaired it but again it worked only for one hour and we had to adjust with cold water in morning. Rooms interior etc is really good there must be good staff to take care."

Really appreciated the way she received .. and all staff were good.... Rooms are very clean.... finally worth for money... U can try u people will get good discounts.. Cheers HM resorts... "The resort was excellent, however, it lacked proper maintenance. The building and rooms were quite old. The ambiance was delightful, and there was a pool available. The play area for children was a bit small but still enjoyable. The breakfast, which was supposed to be complimentary, was charged to me, so it's advisable to verify this before making a reservation. The main reason i chose this resort was for its access to the kaveri river. I was able to take a dip and relax by the river, which was a significant advantage. Although the water near the resort appeared slightly unclean, it is understandable as human actions are beyond their control. Overall, it was a positive experience for those seeking a budget-friendly stay."
