Rooms are excellent with garden view. Location near the beach. Staff behaviour is excellent. Food quality is excellent. Service was excellent, perfect for vacation. Greatly recommended.

Sunset waves resort is more than a home away from home. The cottages are luxurious, super comfy, and so cute, i do not wish to leave at all! the food is amazing, fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to the caring staff here. I was so well taken care of that i didn't feel like going anywhere else! it's better than a dream. Worth every single penny! can't describe how good and homely and luxurious my holiday has been. I'm coming back here again very soon.

I went with my family. It was an extremely enjoyable stay experience in the resort. After booking the resort in mmt, i goyt in touch with mr. Suresh (owner) to confirm the bookings and ensure everything went well. He responded well with every details i needed. Once reaching, the hotel staff took care of everything. Cottages are really good. Place is pleasant and peaceful. Anyone who plans for a peaceful stay, its a go to place. Food at restaurant was good. Service was amazing, staff courteous. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

While booking showing cottage so we booked cottage but after reaching we got room in building that too very bad. And food we order roti and laccha parotta both are same no difference the food was very bad we have ordered onion rings that too they don’t know how to prepare. When i complain about the food instead of sorry he urge with me

One of the very good resort in Mandrem. Nice Location and well maintained rooms and supportive staff. Just around 200 mts to beach with beach view. Walkable distance to Arambol beach. Very calm and clean beach and can spend quality time and enjoy the sunset.
