I visited the pool and paid the entry fee, but when my friend arrived with her 5-month-old baby, the staff insisted on charging for the baby too—which felt absurd. The baby wasn’t swimming, just sitting with us. It’s end of season, the place was empty, yet there was no flexibility or kindness. Very disappointing, especially from a place that calls itself a retreat. I hope they reconsider such policies in the future.

Excellent property and very well managed. Location is also a blessing. Connectivity might be a challenge but numerous developments are ongoing which makes it a place to visit must. Property is well maintained and is for all groups, family, friends, couples etc.

Perfect gateway for summer vacation. I stayed here for 2 nights it was so beautiful that i have extended my stay for 2 more nights and I canceled my trip to south goa.I really loved the ambience,the food, the staff and the rooms as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was amazing we were really enjoyed. Located in very calm place The resort is very clean well maintained with green garden. The best thing which I liked is fresh organic veggies from their in house Farm. Pool was very relaxing and food was also tasty. Appearing relaxing and welcoming at first glance, the place is unfortunately not up to par in terms of service and attitude of the staff. I made a reservation for the first week of 2024 two months in advance via Booking , and the establishment accepted the reservation. However, a few days before my stay, I was informed by the establishment that I had to make a 100% deposit on a different platform from Booking, with an additional 4%, otherwise I would result in the confiscation of my room for the benefit of another guest. Despite my attempts to negotiate and resolve the problem on site or avoid additional charges, the staff adopted an extremely unpleasant tone, explicitly stating that they would give my room to someone else, thus canceling my reservation. As a customer, I have never encountered such rigidity in reservation management. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback to improve the establishment's service and communication. Despite supposedly high demand during this period, the property treated a guest who had booked a three-day stay at a total cost of €180 in a very disrespectful manner.

Over rated place, no proper management, conditions of rooms are pretty bad for the price, air conditioning does not work properly becs of voltage problem, electricity keeps fluctuating, gardens are not maintain properly, yoga place is not clean and neat, sinning area is ok with old furniture which is fine, reception is rustic & old. In name of eco friendly this place gives you old & broken things.
