Stone Wood Resort, Mandrem

Nice and comfortable cottages/ rooms though could be better appointed. The room is large enough but space to open two suitcases is limited. Air conditioned but remote control is not great. We only had our breakfast in the hotel (and other meals at various restaurants) which has a decent enough buffet spread, the food was enjoyable. We did not use the small pool. The landscape area was nice, green and neat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at the resort. Parking is limited and just off the road. What they definitely do need to improve is their booking experience. After making a direct payment of the required amount to the hotel it took many days and multiple calls to obtain the confirmation of the booking.

Our group stayed at Stone Wood Resort, Mandrem for 8 days, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the resort went above and beyond to make our extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Specially Suraj and his team. We booked several rooms well in advance, and the hotel staff made sure to accommodate our requests for early check-in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a friendly team offering a warm welcome and a quick briefing on the hotel amenities and services. We stayed in a variety of room types and all were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was exceptional throughout our 8-day stay don’t know all the name but specially Subhash, Martin, Yashwant and their housekeeping team, keeping the rooms pristine and restocking essentials without us having to ask. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms were modern, well-lit, and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The pool was perfect for some downtime after a busy day of our meeting. We especially enjoyed spending time in the garden, where we could hang out together, enjoy and chat. The breakfast buffet was excellent every day, with a wide selection to suit all tastes—hot dishes, fresh fruits, and beverages. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, where we dined multiple times; the food was consistently good, and the staff was very accommodating to our large group. The level of service was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed for our group activities. Additionally, when we needed extra items for our rooms (towels, pillows, etc.), they were delivered quickly. The location of the hotel was ideal for our 8-day stay. It was within walking distance to beach, and there were plenty of options for things to do nearby. We had easy access to public transportation, which was just opposite to the resort. After 8 days at Stone Wood Resort, Mandrem, we left feeling truly refreshed and grateful for the experience. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it an ideal choice for our group. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable really set this hotel apart. We would absolutely recommend it for any group looking for a long, relaxing, and hassle-free stay.

Resort is absolutely amazing. It doesn't have view but property is really well developed. Service is also good and staff was amazing. Overall very nice experience. According to stay prices service and ambience is really amazing. Loved it.

Great place to stay. Enthusiastic & friendly staff. We had all our requirements fulfilled, they would do everything in their possibility to get it done. Even the beach is close by we would just walk to it. We got pass to enter the "Elsewhere" resort property from Stone Wood to approach the beach, so basically beach was just about 500m. Must visit StoneWood Mandrem!

A delightful resort with wonderfully professional and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. An amazing buffet breakfast to cater for every need. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes that are well prepared and presented and very reasonably priced. Within easy walking distance from Mandrem town and beach with all its eateries and interesting shops. Highly recommended.
