The staff is very kind, helpful. I would like to highlight Dileep, he came twice a day and kept the villa in order, made sure that everything was in order. The food was absolutely fine, very well prepared. A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Honestly, we had one of our best vacations ever! The Fiyavalhu Resort's personnel provided great services to us and made as feel really special. We stayed at a nice villa, which was in great condition and well equipped, it also provided us privacy and quietness. The food was nice, but not great. I would recommend to have more options for fruits and vegetables, other than that the seafood was very good. The whole resort is very well maintained and stuff is taking great care of its condition.
Do not read negative comments on internet - I can guarantee you that they are not honest and genuine. I would recommend it Fiyavalhu 100%!

酒店非常舒適，房間夠大，雖然在居民島上，但酒店作為度假村，佔據島的三分之一左右。早晚餐是自助餐，質量不錯，因為房間不多，住客較少，所以品種不是特別多，但夠吃，而且海鮮燒得不錯，甜點也不錯。水果每天西瓜橙子哈蜜瓜三個品種，也夠了。特別是中午是水果甜品自助，主食點餐，我們住了七天，正好一週，每天菜單都不一樣，而且廚房做的都非常好吃。這個酒店除了上島必須水飛390美元一人有點小貴，而且接機服務不好（但投訴後，送機時酒店有專人負責，在馬累直接送到值機口，非常到位。另外酒店的性價比確實是超級贊啊。真心不貴，島上服務員態度也很好。走出度假村，島上居民都非常熱情，我們出去了三次，每次都體驗到了當地居民的樂觀快樂和熱情。

我們一家三口訂了二個花園別墅住七天，這個酒店早晚餐是自助餐，午餐是菜單選擇主食。我對這個酒店的前台和餐廳工作人員都非常滿意，但我對這次的接機水飛非常不滿意，我很早就給了酒店到達馬累的航班號11點25分左右抵達。酒店説會有工作人員拿着我的姓名牌接機，但這完全是欺騙，根本沒人拿名字牌接機，害我反反覆覆在機場到達口尋找接機的牌子，但把所有舉牌的接機的人全部來來回回看了幾遍，都沒有！這令人非常焦慮，然後我們去機場問詢處尋求幫助，那邊工作人員幫我們找到了一個水飛工作人員，那個工作人員幫我們找到了酒店負責接我們機的工作人員，然後他把我們帶到水飛櫃枱，把我們行李在櫃枱寄託運後，給了我們三張機票就消失了（什麼也沒交代我們），然後水飛處把我們通過大巴拉到了水飛機場，但機票上沒有登機閘口和登機時間，我們非常無助（和我們大巴一起下去的遊客在那水飛機場有酒店工作人員接待如何去登機），我們則下了大巴沒有任何人接待，水飛中心非常大，有幾層樓，我們無所適從，然後我衹能聯繫攜程，攜程幫我問到了大致起飛時間13點40分，然後我們就到處去問，走了很多登機閘口才找到我們的登機閘口和登機時間，這太讓人不爽了。我去了馬代十幾次，這次的接機是最差的，我們人生地不熟的，被大巴運到一個地方，然後就沒人管你了，你得拿着張沒有登機閘口和登機時間的機票，到處找具體登機時間和登機閘口！這個算是正常的馬代接機嗎？！我非常生氣和不認可，但我的投訴酒店表示他們是委託別家公司負責接機，他們無能為力！

這裏活動的價格和其他度假島差不多，但附近潛點沒東西看。設施上有游泳池，健身房，國際象棋桌，桌球桌就沒什麼可以玩了。吃的東西非常難吃，而且有些還是很明顯的搜了，例如冷盤的西蘭花，咖喱的裏的大白菜。去了百分百踩雷，而且這個價格還不如去居民島玩。其他的直接看圖吧，多説無益。
