We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Felt like staying with family. Our first time in Como and Jost and his staff help us to make the most of our stay. After busy day of sightseeing, nice to be able to enjoy the beach and relax from the day’s activities. Bellagio is a 20 minute drive from where you can catch the ferry to Varenna and Menaggio. You do want to rent a car which you can from here in Lecco.

Cet hôtel a dû être très bien mais on a l'impression d'un établissement en sursis. Accueil peu chaleureux, la personne fait son travail. Bien qu'au bord d'une route à grande circulation, les chambres sont calmes avec une belle vue sur le lac. Par contre leur déco est froide, la salle d'eau est une cabine (on est ds le Nautilus me direz-vous) et les produits d'hygiène manquent tout comme le verre à brosses à dents. On remarque dès qu'on rentre, une odeur désagréable, d'eau stagnante ou d'endroit inoccupé depuis longtemps ? Il n'y a pas de minibar, même pas une petite bouteille d'eau, à ce tarif c'est abusé ! L'ensemble reste propre. Le bâtiment principal semble "mort", y avait-il un bar ? Où ? Aucune indication ! La piscine était vide ! Quelques chaises longues sur une plage déserte. La pauvreté du petit déjeuner et de la salle où il se trouve traduit l'ensemble de l'état des lieux. Quel gâchis dans un si beau cadre !!! Trop trop cher pour ce que c'est !!! Le peu de personnel présent est peu communicatif.
