Such a lovely experience the staff and owner were so obliging, the owner gave us blankets while we waited for our taxi after our meal, the food was absolutely amazing, i highly recomend this restaurant and the lady that runs it is a very kind individual!

Great location by Lake Como and 100 metres from ferry stop. Nice easy walking by lake in a small area. Railway station just 10 minute walk. Room was fine, warm and comfy; wifi is poor in room, but good in downstairs office or cafe across the passage. Nice breakfast in the cafe and good service generally.

This was an unexpected surprise to be at this beautiful hotel for one night. We were staying in one of Mamma Ciccia's properties in Abbadia when our flight was cancelled so we booked in here. They were so so lovely they even picked us up and took us to the hotel. Amazing service all around. The room was in a converted convent with a lake view and little balcony that we loved. All very clean with a comfortable bed, little fridge and a kettle. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Lovely and big apartment, its clean and our was just looking like a new one, good sleeping quality, very close to the ferry station, 5 minutes from the free parking area, the small town is lovely, but not as fancy as the trendy ones, it has even a beach, but shops, restaurants, icecream... all you need, but its not overcrowded and overpriced as the triangle we all visit... :D so its a perfect starting pont for a short vacation to visit the lake! Staff is very-very nice and helpful all the time even at the reception or at the restaurant.... highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay when visiting Lake Como! Close to other places for day trips and a really lovely hotel. Parking close by and easy to get to. Ferry port close for a day trip to Ballagio. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was a lovely touch and perfect for what we needed

We stayed only 2 nights at Mamma Ciccia and it was in the off-season - but it was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful - and tolerant of our poor Italian skills! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. My only feedback is that they should have a kettle and provide some plastic children's plates and cups etc. The location is perfect - right in the middle of town. I'm sure in the Summer it's quite a vibrant area. It's a short walk to the carpark, which is manageable if you drop your bags first. The breakfast was a deliciously simple Italian buffet. We also ate dinner in the restaurant one night, which was very pleasant and the food was good. Feraccio was a very attentive waiter and very helpful with drink recommendations!

Beautiful large rooms, with all the facilities, clean, and spacious, located in an old renovated house. right in the center of the town, very easy to walk along the water. The staff was very friendly and professional, definitely a place to visits again and stay more than just one night. There is no guest parking in the old town (z.t.l.) but you can get a temporary permit to drop off luggage if you need. The closest free public parking is 400m away, if you travel light it is not an issue.

Although I had canceled my reservation 3 days before my arrival, the establishment withheld €172 in fees, it's shameful!!!! On the platform, cancellation was free. Even with the proof of cancellation, the establishment had no scruples in taking the money. Absolutely avoid a scam in sight!!!!!!
