The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, a short distance from the coast and near Cannes airport. The hotel is, however, quite attractive and modern with a spacious reception and bar area with the restaurant being also fairly open plan. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter.

I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. I have received a very nice room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast & dinner were very good. The location was ideal for me, but may be not best for everybody being in an industrial area.

Disappointing in lots of ways the room was shabby and several of the lights were broken, also the bath plug didn’t work. I complained about it a couple of times and eventually they upgraded me to a newer room where these things did work but it was disappointing that I had to get quite upset in order to ask for the change. The breakfast buffet is not good and it’s quite expensive and the hotel is a long way from Cannes on sn industrial estate, you can access the sea but you need to cross two main roads to do so

Mediocre if not horrible Except for the kindness of the staff zero for the rest Hotel in a small town with nothing around, airplane noise all day Swimming pool, tiny with 15 deckchairs; I have nothing against it but 3 people in burkinis in this tiny pool.... The rooms are dirty, the windows not cleaned, the sink backs up you can't run water in it, the bathtub is gray no more enamel and rusty, the shower leaks, stained carpets After several requests because I stayed several nights, room never made!!!!! No catering and closed you are offered snacks, for your information there were three salads left!!!! And breakfast let's not talk about it at 9:30 am almost nothing left and again only industrial products

Pleasant hotel despite its location close to Cannes aerodrome. Spacious room with plenty of storage even if the cupboard doors are a bit dilapidated. The room description stated a separate toilet, which was not the case. The bathroom could do with a refresh, the taps are aging. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient. Very good TV equipment. The breakfast is complete and well stocked. Finally, if the swimming pool is pleasant I deplore that women bathe in djellaba, hello hygiene, but as no rules are posted everyone does what they want, it's a shame.
