Stayed at Bai Hotel Cebu for a night, and I must say—it was a great experience! The Deluxe Room was clean, modern, and super comfortable, with a nice city view. The bed was soft, and the room had everything I needed, from fast WiFi to a spacious bathroom.
The staff was warm and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. I also loved the breakfast buffet—lots of options, all fresh and delicious! Though my stay was short, I truly enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the hotel. Definitely coming back for a longer stay next time!

Everything is great except the TV channels are too few. No netflix or great tv channels to choose from.
Television model is small and outdated.
Aside from mentioned above, everything is great, the amenities, service, cleanliness and the overall experience is cozy. Checking in made me feel Im in a 5 star hotel. The rooms design and ambiance is modern. Great city view from the pool deck. Only downside is the swimming pool is too narrow and small.

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work.
Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required).
The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied.
Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow.
Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

The best hotel we have stayed at in the Philippines. We changed rooms as the first one had a moldy feel and my wife is allergic to it. Second room was perfect. Just across the road is a mall, so plenty of food choice. Internet a little slow at times. Didn't have breakfast. Roof top pool and bar were nice.

The experience was great! Transaction at the reception was fast. All of the staffs are courteous. Room is great. It's beside a mall so you don't have to worry too much if you forgot to buy something. They have a playground for kids which is great since we had a toddler with us.

My family truly enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded elegance—everything we could have hoped for. My kids had a fantastic time swimming in the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views. We also loved the delicious buffet with its wide variety of dishes. It was a perfect stay from start to finish!"
