Sunview Resort

On August 19th, 2022 we visited the Sunview Resort for the first time and also we were the 1st guests to stay in their newly made super deluxe sea facing room (Room No 7) on 2nd floor. Where is it located? As near as 50 steps from sea beach, feels like you are staying on the beach, max 10 min walk from Mandarmani bazar or center either through the beach or by road. Also, feels like having own private beach access. How was the room? Amazing sea view through approx. 4ft X 4ft window adjacent to the bed, beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities. Also has balcony towards the sea side. It was a very heavy rain and we couldn’t go out in the afternoon, we felt luckiest to choose this room as we enjoyed the sea and rain from window all the time. What else we could ask for! How was the food? Good Bengali and Chinese menu available. Taste is good. They have a ground floor restaurant and serves directly to the room as well. How about cleanliness and premises? Yes, cleanliness is maintained, room service boy cleans up properly and ensures zero complaint. The resort entrance has garden, two small sitting areas with shades near the beach, also they will arrange your table as per your choice. Is behavior of staff impressive? Surely, you will find managers and other employees very polite, respectful and understanding in nature. Cons: - It is a budget resort with perfect sea side location. It is not glittering like a 5 star property. - They have limited but diligent staffs, so response is not within 2 mins, but surely within 10-15 mins. - They do not have swimming pool, no lift. But I wonder who need these at a sea side hotel with just 2 storey building? Suggestions: - This property may be more decorated with flowering & ornamental plants, handcrafted items. - Sewerage system should be more closely handled. - Should have Thali/Meal system for lunch and dinner. - Rooftop can be utilized with decoration for evening snacks (not sure about viability as terrific storms often hits this area). Decision: I would like to revisit this place and recommend this place for Mandarmani trip with friends/family/couple.

It was a excellent stay and staff are polite and very cordial. Location of the resort is very nice.

Unclean bathroom. Unclean room. Bathroom as well as room without maintenance. Blanket provided without cover. Drainage water on the sea beach side gate. Very discomfort stay.

The location is good best sea view, it's very close to the see i will give the 5 /5 for location 4/5 for cleaning and 3. 5/ for food if you are searching the resort which is very close to the see then go for it staff behaviour is very good 5/5

Location wise it's quite awesome. Service could have been much better btw. But putting everything aside, as i was just more focused on enjoying beach, so i booked a sea facing room and luckily got the same. My rating out of 5 would be: location wise : 5 hotel cleanliness: 3 food staff cope-ration : 3 room : 4
