Needs some work
Rooms need some paint. Remove chipping paint. Black spots on the ceiling in the bathroom

Dirty tub like it had'r been cleaned in a rear. Broken toilet seat, broken tv contril, back keep falling off. A/C trim just half hanging on. I had to reset tv box. Just a thin blanket between what looked like to poorly wasked sheets, no additional blanked. Unpleasant afternoon front desk person.

Two thumbs down
You get what you pay for. First, the positives. Our room was clean and the restaurant was wonderful! Now, the negatives. The elevator is beyond dirty- it’s disgusting. The hallways are also extremely dirty. The guy at check-in was very short with us. We did online check-in. He asked our name and gave us our key “Room 3##”. That’s was it!!! That’s all he said to us. So weird.
Overall, it was affordable for a quick nights sleep but I doubt I would stay here again.

Never again
The hotel could’ve been cleaner, the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, I woke up in so much pain. The refrigerator in all 3 of the rooms we reserved did not work, we had to throw away all of our perishable food we had packed to travel with. The bedding was itchy and smelt as if it hadn’t been used or washed in a while. The bathrooms were very tiny. We were also told breakfast would have eggs and either bacon or sausage, that also did not happen, the only non carb option was a small yoplait yogurt. I also cut myself on a piece of sharp plaster in the pool. I don’t typically complain but out of the six hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one was the worst. This hotel is in need of deep cleaning and several repairs especially in the pool area

The room was ok nd clean. The halls and especially elevator were not so good. The walls and mirror in the elevator were dirty and even had ketchup on them.
The building needs work for sure. I’m not sure we will stay there again or not.

Great breakfast in the morning…lots of selection. Friendly front office workers. One of our beds was good but the other had a large divot to it. The pillows were super comfortable.

The place was clean and the staff is nice but the place is so run down! For example, the phone was missing many buttons and the fan for the bathroom did not work! The beds were not particularly comfy and squeaked every time your turned. It did the job but I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Check in went very smooth. The front desk clerk was helpful and explained all the features of the hotel and surrounding area clearly. Very good process and handling.
