Lancaster Hotel Manila

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very accessibke to malls and just 30 minutes away from the airport🙂

the hotel is under construction. there is no complimentary parking . i have to pay 200 , i think it is too much. they dont have OR for the ticket so im not sure if their fee is legal. hotel is abit creepy coz it is old. bathroom is not ok too. dirty mirror. broken toilet bowl. shower is noisy when using. there is no slippers. swimming hrs is only up to 5pm. i wont book again. room is not the same as they show in the site.

The Hotel is old already and need renovation. The receptionist is not accomodating. It is a good choice for budget type stay or if you are couple only i dont reccomend for family. There is NO INROOM DINE IN..No food services, our room smell cigarette very bad. . My kids ONLY enjoyed the Swimming pool. Pool is Cleaned.We have a kitchen in our room but unable to use it because there's no kitchenware .There is no bidet in the toilet.i suggest they put bidet in the toilet for the convenience of guests.Parking is not Free you have to pay 200 pesos for overnight. And also you have to pay for Incidental fee of 2000 pesos but its refundable upon checkout. We checkout early because i dont like our stay. Our room smell bad and suffocating. I dont reccomend staying here with the kids.

You need to pay 200 pesos for the parking. The hotel looks old. The staff are accommodating. The room was spacious but the sofa doesn't smell good.. The bath tub is broken. The water is not hot. There is a sound in the faucet everytime I open its so loud even after I turned off.

Needs rennovation. The aura in the hotel is not so good.

There are many things to talk about about the hotel. First the check-in, we came early so need to pay extra 1500 pesos for early check-in. The room does not look anything like that in the image photos displayed. Pretty far apart and small. The room is small, dirty, toilet water either too hot or too cold no in between, towels are super dirty, Hotel front desk is lousy service, next level lousy service. Reception is hardly around and sometimes you need to wait for like 1 hour or so for them to come, I stay a few nights and experience it all. Housekeeping does it very badly, lifts is slow, and always break down. If you are going there for leisure, it's okay for the location is good but if you want to impress your spouse or your girlfriend, run away far. Even for families, it will be a bad choice. This is the first and last time I stay here. Very silly key card system, with 1 key for the elevator and 1 key for the room. Be prepared to pay a deposit of 2000 pesos on check-in. If you plan to check to outdo note that you need standby 1 hour for them to process and check everything to return you the deposit. And do not lose the receipt else your deposit will fly away.
