I was travelling with my colleagues for business trip. This was my stay with Edsa Shangri-La for over 4 years.
We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the access to their Horizon Lounge and use one of their meetings for our meeting with our client on complimentary basis.

Good location, great service, the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning is much appreciated. Only complaint is lack of electrical outlets next to the bed.

The children enjoyed the pool with slides and it was family friendly and the service is really good which is nice. The only complain I have is the bedroom’s carpet is old I can smell it. Overall is ok and convenient if you’re staying with your family.
