This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The hotel structure is broken and broken. The hallways and stairs are littered with cigarette butts and trash. I can't sleep because of the Chinese talking all night long. The whole place is filled with cigarette smoke. After staying at Win star hotel, my trust in Trip.com has completely collapsed.
