My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be. On request she arranged a horseback ride outing and an in-room massage. In the morning she had breakfast ready, which is also tailor made to my dietary needs. The suite was very well lite with a nice size kitchen and well appointed bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean room. The grounds are well kept up. I didn’t go in the pool as the temps were very low. There are horses grazing on the neighboring properties; beautiful natural landscape. Overall it was a relaxing low key weekend spent in nature and tranquility. The BNB is 20 min from the famous Cascate del Mulino thermal baths and the Terme di Saturnia Hot Springs resort. I highly recommend staying at Rosy’s place and plan to do so the next time I’m in Italy.

Although we were only able to stay one day and night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The farmhouse is surrounded by horses in the pastures and picturesque views in every direction of the Tuscan hills and vineyards.The room was clean and good sized with a large walk-in shower in the updated bathroom. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring. The breakfast provided was so delicious. We wish our iteneray would have allowed us to stay longer. We highly recommend this property.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido albergo per 3 notti in famiglia ed è stato davvero un angolo di paradiso! Il luogo è immerso nella calma e nella tranquillità, perfetto per staccare la spina e rilassarsi. La struttura è curata nei dettagli e offre tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rosy e Devid, i proprietari, che sono stati estremamente carini, gentili e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati! Consigliatissimo a chi cerca pace e accoglienza autentica. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti un posto molto bello, tranquillo per chi vuole approfittare di relax e riposo lontano da cita affollate , struttura dispone di camere ben curate e di una bella piscina pulita tutto in un oasi di verde naturale e aria pulita di campagna propietario molto gentile e disponibile

Esperienza deludente. Avevamo prenotato una stanza con colazione, ma quando siamo arrivate nel tardo pomeriggio la signora ci ha detto che la colazione non era disponibile!!! L’acqua del rubinetto non era potabile e non c’era una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia nel piccolo frigo della stanza. La password del Wi-Fi era sbagliata e abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alla sera del giorno seguente e dopo numerosi messaggi perché ci mandasse quella giusta!!! Quando siamo andate via abbiamo pagato in contanti il saldo della stanza e la tassa di soggiorno, ma non ci ha chiesto i documenti…. Peccato perché il posto è molto bello con un bellissimo panorama e una bella piscina, ma la gestione è assolutamente carente.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte in questo paradiso immerso nella campagna toscana. Stanza ben curata e con vista spettacolare. Avevamo diversi bambini con noi e la proprietaria gentilissima si è offerta di organizzare una caccia alle uova per loro per festeggiare la domenica di Pasqua. Ottima esperienza!

location spettacolare immersa nella natura, proprietari super ospitali e amichevoli sia con noi che con i nostri 3 amici a 4 zampe. Ottimo anche l’asilo per i cani, seguito da persone esperte e molto affidabili. Vacanza perfetta per noi e i nostri cani. Sicuramente torneremo!! A presto!!
