Perfect location for visiting the hot springs. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Also free parking with a short walk to the springs. There is also a path to the heated stream if you want to avoid the crowds at the hot springs.

Welcoming environment and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom with window. Convenient if you go to the spa since it is just a few minutes away, the managers also provided us with a voucher with a discount for entry.

A wonderful place. The room was large, clean, with excellent bathroom and amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well soundproofed. A stone's throw from the famous Molino waterfalls and the spa. Laura and Mr. Renato are two pearls! The owner is an exquisite person. They go out of their way to put you at ease and make your holiday as comfortable as possible. The abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, cured meats, croissants, bruschetta with oil. It is a small oasis of peace, where we will certainly return and it will always be our point of reference. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

We stayed in this room with a view of the splendid Maremma hills, the quiet that envelops the structure is surreal! The room is very clean and the staff is really very courteous. The owner suggests trips for the days you stay at the property. The breakfast is very rich with fresh products. Definitely coming back.

Structure surrounded by greenery, very beautiful, a stone's throw from the Cascate del Mulino, reachable on foot with a short walk. The farmhouse would also have a private thermal stream which, however, is unusable in winter (it is not specified well on the website). The girls on the staff are cute and welcoming. The rooms are located in an annex in front of the central structure. The dimensions are acceptable, the furnishings are rustic while the bathroom is decidedly old and should be renovated. Very thin mattress and pillows (fortunately we didn't have the iron base that some other guests complained about) and, at night, a constant noise doesn't help you sleep. The Wi-Fi is slow and the much-vaunted breakfast didn't convince me: ok tart, plum cake and artisanal jams. But there is always and only that, then re-proposed day after day
