The hotel is located in the city center. Everyone knows that the rooms in British hotels are not very big, but this one is okay. The only thing is that there is only one piece of glass in the shower room, so it is easy to splash out when taking a shower. Secondly, British hotels do not have toiletries and slippers. We stayed for two nights first, but no one came to clean up in the morning when we went out the next day. At noon, the waiter knocked on the door and we took a nap and asked us to come back to clean up in two hours. We went out in the afternoon and came back at night, but there was no cleaning. The drinking water and paper towels in the room were not replenished. The breakfast was relatively exquisite, but it is impossible to have such diversity in China. So on the third day, I went to another hotel and stayed for one night, and then I decided to stay in this hotel for the remaining three days. Although the price has increased again, the room may be smaller because there is only a deluxe twin room left. The location in the city center is OK. The alley across the road is China Street, and it is also very close to the Bank of China. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the pedestrian street. Even in the city center, I can't find a home appliance store.

During my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient.

We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. Well located hotel for my business trip and good facilities. Lovely large room, comfortable and quiet. Good for short stay. Just small bits of feedback...I was given a disabled room and thought the emergency pull was located too close to the toilet roll holder but loved having a large wet room style shower room. I found the sheets a tad hard and duvets too hot for me so a blanket would have been handy. I'd stay again and recommend it as overall ticked a lot of boxes.

The location of the hotel was good. However, there were a few problems, the bathroom was very large but the sink was very small and the water splashed out easily when gargling, so I don't quite understand why it wasn't made larger. The shampoo and shower gel couldn't be squeezed out and contacting reception a few times didn't solve the problem. There is also a party downstairs, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the party sound and can not open the window, resulting in the room always feel very stuffy.
