I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. Pros:Clean, stylish interior, excellent customer service, smellis good in all areas, shops nearby, big rooms for UK standard. Con: Not much options for buffet breakfast. Highly recommend !

Excellent views from the bar also level 3 is used for breakfast and meals lunch and evening meals lovely meals towards .manchester , The check in staff were polite , professional and the room was quite old fashioned for the price and for a 4 star , The hotel issued me with a comp check out as booked through *********** from 11am till 12pm and 2 half price drinks at the bar Booked the night before with trip.com which was the cheapest option online cheaper than the hotel direct , Hotel close to train station and tram station , was working going on outside room at 8am to earn trying to rest

The location of the hotel was good. However, there were a few problems, the bathroom was very large but the sink was very small and the water splashed out easily when gargling, so I don't quite understand why it wasn't made larger. The shampoo and shower gel couldn't be squeezed out and contacting reception a few times didn't solve the problem. There is also a party downstairs, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the party sound and can not open the window, resulting in the room always feel very stuffy.

The hotel is only a short walk from Piccadilly station giving in great access to the trains. Its recent renovation really gives the hotel a clean trendy feel. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The king bed and the pull out were comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large with lots of room if you need it. Breakfast was simple, but top quality from the hot to the cold options. Great stay.

Really happy with decision to stay with Wilde. Mostly impressed with the room, which, was spacious & represented great value for money. Snacks/drinks...etc priced quite high, but, understandably so. That said, given the amenities offered in the room, self-catering is the primary option, with purchasing hotel snacks/drinks, viewed as a distant secondary option. Would happily stay with Wilde again

Location is excellent. Service is perfect. I booked a double room which turned out to be a very big room w a living room. Very spacious coz it’s designed for handicapped. The design n atmosphere of the hotel is very yuppy. I like it very much. The cafe n restaurant served good food. And they have a lot of programs that we can join. We joined the dancing class which taught Lindy hop. I had so much fun. Really give this hotel a thumb up.

Service was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is excellently located - right in the centre of town and next to Victoria station. Breakfast was great value - you do need to book though. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.

The location is good. The bed is also good and comfortable for sleep. The safety chain of the room door seems loose and maybe not working. But generally it’s a good experience.

My room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs. Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.
