房間窗户較小，光線𠕇些暗，住了4晚，其間無人打掃衞生，也沒人換毛巾，垃圾多了，衹能自己放在房門口，有人收。交通方便。酒店建築風格挺特別，有烤箱、冰箱、洗衣機

Location is excellent- right next to Piccadilly station. The room was very tasteful, retaining just the right amount of period features. The staff were fantastic and let us check in a little early. The kitchenette is a very helpful addition to the room. We really liked the mattress, firm but incredibly comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

location is superb room is big but no washing machine and dryer as advertised .Worse of all No aircoditioning in the room , air qualities sucks and no ventilation ,would have died of suffocation .At the very least your staff offered a standing fan offered a standing fan .Will never stay if it summer .will never stay again .

Excellent location. Minutes away from Manchester Picadilly station and 10mins away from the tram stop and multiple bus station stops.

Excellent service from the reception and very helpful staff! Spacious rooms with all amenities required (including salt) :D
Very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here if visiting next time!
