Everything you need but absolutely nothing to spare. Quite stingy on the towels, no sofa to sit on together in our room, very hot and unable to really change the temp and cannot open the window even a crack. But bed was comfy, hair dryer didn’t work. No mini fridge in the room which would’ve been appreciated to keep drinks or food cold.

Wow what a weekend. Me and my partner booked premier inn very last minute (Thursday afternoon to stay on the Friday night check out Saturday) we had a very nice room that had a double bed and a bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy. Easy access to the rooms. Lovely views and such comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and lovely we hadn’t paid in the price for the room so we paid on arrival of breakfast and the staff was very helpful and nice and happy to help. Breakfast was replenished plenty of times so that everyone could eat

everything was amazing, the staff, the facilities, one staff member stood out, Ryan W he went above and beyond for my little boy and helped him choose his breakfast and then shown him the Etihad stadium, thank you Ryan for making this experience even better than we imagined

One night stay - everything ran smoothly with no issues at any stage. Check in quick and straightforward // Room comfortable and quiet // Breakfast good choice and tasty // Wil definitely stay again if in this area and will choose Premier Inn to stay elsewhere based on this experience Only issue is free Wi-fi awkward to access, kept trying to stear you to the paid Premium..

Easy walk from Piccadilly Station. Stayed here whilst attending a 2 day conference around the corner at The Pendulum Hotel, again an easy walk. Reception is on floor 9 as above a car park. Lifts were fast. Asked on check in room preference which I appreciated- thanks Nathan. Allocated room 528 which was perfect- so quiet, clean and comfortable. There's a full length mirror and light up mirror which was great. Plenty of different lighting in room which made it feel cosy. There were small children staying on my floor and I couldn't hear them at all. Food and drink was fine in the restaurant and good views. Stayed in a Travelodge the month before and this was 1000% better! Would stay here again. Good value for money.

The hotel is relatively new ans strangely/ conveniently perched on top of a car park. The room at first glance seemed as I would expect. Upon using the bathroom the toilet had a large amount of unflushed paper, (I believe used) but didn't inspect it thst closely. The sofa bed had a large stain across it and someone's used sock was strewn by the window. Think the housekeeping needs stepping up in this inn. That being said the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, the staff member I told about the room seemed shocked and said she would pass onto housekeeping
