The room is not too big, but it is very clean and nice. It is only 10 minutes walk from Centra. The location is very good. The front desk guy is also very friendly. It is very close to the airport and train station.

Where do I start!? Well 80% of the time there’s no staff on reception (you have to check yourself in using a touch screen). Rang the bell for help and stood there for 10-15 minutes and no one came, so just gave up. Premier Inn’s seam to have a new policy that you need to let reception know the night before if you want your room to be cleaned the following day. A bit difficult when there’s no staff on reception (and don’t answer the bell). Car Parking is supplied by NCP. Unlike other Premier Inn’s that I’ve used with this car park supplier, you don’t get any customer discount. You just pay the same as anyone else. Yes you can get discount using the NCP app, but so can everyone else. And it’s not that much of a discount. They’ve got signs for Premier Inn customers to use inside the car park. But doesn’t mean anything. I wouldn’t recommend using this hotel again. Unless you like to be ignored and arrive by coach or train into Manchester. The front door area just outside on the street was messy and had litter, cigarette buts all over the floor. Not very welcoming. At least inside the hotel was clean and tidy. Only positive is that it’s a good location, less than a 10minute walk into the heart of the city centre. Used to stay at the Deansgate Premier Inn where was great. But they knocked it down to make way for Student accommodation.

An overnight stay for a theatre visit, chosen as a cheap option that was a comfortable walking distance from the central entertainment area.I Busy roads with mental amount of traffic around the building but........ the room was silent. Everything as it should be - clean, warm, comfortable and a lovely walk-in shower rather than having to balance on a curved bath bottom (not everyone finds that easy).

Used premier inn for a night stay. We couldn’t fault the room, stay or experience. Parking was easy to sort out and great location. We booked in advanced and got a great price. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for the smallest things late at night.

On arrival we enter the hotel via the lift in the car park to be greeted by a lift full of rubbish so wasn’t a great start. Later that day we fished work late so decided to have dinner in the restaurant, in which the food took a while to come out as the waiter/waitress disappeared from the restaurant resulting in the chef bring out the food which was cold and not particularly nice. We decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and had breakfast the next day which was just as bad, the bread was stale and cold/damp like it had just defrosted the sausages were under cooked and eggs were massively over cooked. It’s a really shame as we stayed here 2 years ago and had a really good experience staff were pleasant and intrested in their job, food was nice and the hotel was clear. Not sure what’s happened but something has gone massively wrong for the hotel to be in the state it was.
