Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter

Modern looking decor in room and reception with comfy sofas. Most cosy bed and blanket. Tv in front of bed. Safe room with extra device seen in photo. Convenient to have breakfast in hotel. Walkable distance to city centre.

Check in was smooth, on arrival at room allocated disappointed to still have previous guests used plates and mugs outside the door at 16.30 hrs. Room well presented and spacious. Breakfast was buffet and is what a buffet is, good choices not especially warm but OK. Check out OK. Disturbed to find 2 days later that a double payment was taken - room booked via Trip and paid via PayPal prior to arrival with confirmation of booking and payment. Hotel deducted payment again on check out without any authorisation or discussion, only on checking bank statement was it discovered. More attention to bookings needed. Be vigilant !

Modern and clean hotel. Breakfast selection was good and staff friendly.

The hotel’s location is prime and quite close to the city centre.

Lovely room queen size bed , lovely breakfast fully cooked breakfast included bacon sausage scrambled eggs , beans , hash browns , loved the waffle makers and had a really nice comfy bed and friendly service on check in lift to all floors , clean and comfortable and big size room walk in shower , all ameties included shower gel , shampoo, conditioner, hand wash , abd body lotion , tea and coffee facilities in room , good check out time of 12pm as well , would deffo stay again ,

A third good trip here. I slept well on the comfortable bed, the (included) breakfast was ample and the gym was well-stocked for a workout. The air conditioning was not working but the staff quickly asked if I wanted to change rooms and looked into maintenance immediately.

Excellent place from start to finish.

Nice breakfast and room equipment. Friendly front desk staff. Must come again next time
