The service was great, people were clear, kind and welcoming. The location is close to everything in the city centre, the rooms were perfect and its a great place to stay if you are touring the city.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs! Falsely advertised their property as having 6 rooms, instead there were 3 double sofa beds all crammed into one room! They advertise onsite parking and there isn’t, the closest secure car park is additionally a total rip off. Prior to staying, they demanded I paid a £100 security deposit via bank transfer, which again was not stated on their advert - be very wary of this property trying to scam you out of you hard earned money. Cancelled my booking and certainly will never attempt to book again. The cherry on top - absolutely rude and abhorrent customer service.

Booked this for myself for my grandchildren had to pay upfront .they cancelled a couple of days before we were due to stay had to find alternative accomadation and wait a week for a refund ...what if you dont have any spare cash around......but found out they have the room up on a site for 200 pounds dearer....
