Location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The service staff was really friendly and one staff even took the opportunity to chat with us about out trip there. The breakfast buffet was good and it is the same menu across the entire chain of hotels from Manchester to Edinburgh so it did get a bit bored and we eventually decided to stop having breakfast at the restaurant due to the lack of variation. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Along way from coop live, but frequent trams. Long wait for trams after concert but an awful long way to walk back as signs only point to city center , its get google maps on the phone after that

We booked a family room and it was very spacious. We could see the AO arena and Catherdral from our room and it was a short walk to shopping area and nightlife. Really central for everything we needed and the discounted bonus and free kids breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Came to Manchester from west wales for a concert. When I arrived staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. Would 100% return. Thank you for such a good stay

Lovely lady and man on the desk, think they were managers, helped me with my check in and directions to the restaurant i was meeting my son. Hotel is a lot closer than i thought to the city centre and was a very quick walk, would definately stay here again when i visit my son. thank you

Was alot closer to the so arena than we thought so great location, staff were all lovely. Windows need abit of a clean but we weren't there that long so didn't bother us really but my advice would be book for breakfast because it gets rammed! Small restaurant for such a big hotel

The noise from above was all night long and couldn’t get to sleep because of it. Then we were woken in the morning by a horrendous noise from the bathroom which lasted for a while and seemed to be coming from the water system.
