The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

Our stay has been pleasant, the room is very spacious and cozy. However, we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come at any time, despite putting the "you can enter" sign on the door handle. In addition, in the toilet there was a dirty towel (with a lot of makeup) from a previous tenant. Besides, after checking out we left our bags in the luggage room and when we went back for them they did not look at the numbering of the tickets, but rather they made us enter the room to "take your bags" without checking if we really had ours. .. obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them. Otherwise everything quite good.

Paulo served us in the restaurant for our breakfast and was very very helpful and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s a credit to the hotel. We always use this hotel and get the same great service everytime we come.

Our stay here every year for the Christmas is always so welcoming especially when we go for Breakfast. We look forward to seeing Paulo. We have seen him every year for as long as I can remember. Paula is such warm, friendly and incredibly helpful member of your team always smiling and so helpful. I look forward every year to his welcome when we arrive for breakfast in the morning. He’s a true gentleman and a credit to the team. Look forward to seeing you next year and for many years after.

My room was quite clean and warm, plus the stuff was quite friendly. I liked the idea of grabbing as many tea bags as you wish on the ground floor. However, the room lacked noise isolation, so I could hear every sound from the outside and had a sleepless night. I would be also happy if there were at least some TV channels suitable for kids, not to mention the availability of more channels in general. Despite this, I would still choose Premier Inn over any other hotel networks due to its reliability, customer service, security, interior and cleanliness.

This hotel is within walking distance from Piccadilly train station and close to many restaurants and bars. Check in was very busy but staff quickly processed everyone. We had a room on the first floor which was starting to look a bit tired but it was fine for one night. Unfortunately the room was quite noisy from the street below so didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options and the staff were very nice.

Always a good experience, comfortable rooms and reception staff are very friendly. Paulo at breakfast is very friendly and welcoming, he is always on hand to help and is an asset to the company. Great options for breakfast and always fresh.
