The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

The room is tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the price-performance ratio is high. The only drawback is that there is no staff to automatically clean the room and change towels every day. You need to specifically request this service from the front desk.

Our stay has been pleasant, the room is very spacious and cozy. However, we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come at any time, despite putting the "you can enter" sign on the door handle. In addition, in the toilet there was a dirty towel (with a lot of makeup) from a previous tenant. Besides, after checking out we left our bags in the luggage room and when we went back for them they did not look at the numbering of the tickets, but rather they made us enter the room to "take your bags" without checking if we really had ours. .. obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them. Otherwise everything quite good.

I booked to stay 2 nights here. On arrival, there was no wifi network available to connect to. The reception staff were helpful and changed my room to be 'nearer to the router'. However the worst of my issues were when I tried to get to sleep, my room was 26.5 degrees at 11:30 at night! There was no air conditioning in the room, which seems like it should be a standard for all hotel rooms these days. When I complained about it, I was told the disclaimer was available on the website. I had to go looking for it and found it only underneath (further down the page) the 'Book Now' button, which seems like intentionally misleading website design. I checked out early and was not offered a refund. So much for the website's claim that they have 'Everything you need for a great night's sleep!'

Stopped Saturday and Sunday night as we had a gig around the corner at the O2 Ritz. Hotel is in an ideal location, just 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and close to the city centre. Beds where very comfortable as they always are at Premier Inn 2 issues - air con in room not working so room temp was a constant 27 degrees. Paid £10.99 for the buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning, was shown to a table to then be told that non of the hot drinks machines where working.

Tired entrance and corridors but the reception and room were spotless. We had a room towards the back of the hotel, was quite loud as we stayed over the weekend and there seemed to be a lot of activity around there but I’m a heavy sleeper so once I was asleep it was fine. The staff are great, they all seem happy to be there, in particular the man in the restaurant for breakfast.
