I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts the best location for travelers arriving by coach, as it is conveniently near Shudehill Bus Station. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the lack of response to my email inquiry. Additionally, one of the receptionists was rather unapproachable and cool towards us.

Great experience. Lovely breakfast.
Lovely room.
One massive drawback- Carpet was filthy and didn’t like to step on it barefoot, forgot our slippers so had to be moving with our trainers all the time.

Toilet wise is alright, flush button is a little hard to press. Bath tub works fine. TV is buggy on 1 room and cant be turnt on for the other. Lights in the room is lacking making it very dark. Near to Manchester Victoria maybe 10minutes walk, near to armsdale as well.

A few minutes walk from the tram station, very convenient. Breakfast is very good, room is clean and good. Staff and cleaning lady are very friendly.
Paid car park is opposite side of the road to the hotel......if it is at the hotel basement it would be perfect.

One of the best value hotel nearby.
Lovely staff, very nice breakfast with a wide choice.
Amenities in the rooms is quite good, with welcome biscuit which is very sweet.

The room was of a great standard l. The bed was soft and you are able to have a lovely night's sleep. The bath was an added bonus! The location in the northern quarter of Manchester is good. At Christmas time you are close to the markets and festive vibe! You are just short walk from lots of shops and there are plenty of bars and eateries around too! Overall, it was a great place for a short city trip away.

Bad experience with this hotel. Staff definitely dont know what a smile was, not helpful or friendly at all. We arrived yesterday at 11am, understand we couldn’t check in as we were too early. They did advise best to book a time slot for breakfast. I said that would be good, they said no can’t at moment as you can’t book in. I said so you have no indication of what room we are getting, reply was no. We came back later on in evening, booked in and reserved breakfast time for 9am. We arrived at breakfast this morning to be told there was no tables and it’s first come first served. So why why have reservations?? When we checked out we were also charged tourist tax, I said you must be joking, never heard of this and we are UK residents. We stayed in another hotel on Friday evening. Fraction of the price and 100% more superior all round. Will not be back at a Crowne plaza. Total rip off
