Reasonably spacious room for a city centre hotel. Clean and check in check out without a hitch. Bed softer than I would have liked but probably a personal preference. Luke warm shower a bit of a downer which was probably the main let down. Breakfast good and service efficient and friendly

Room was okay, but the carpet was very stained and dirt. We had to pay another £18 per day for parking! Very little hospitality service, had to take our own bags up to room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts the best location for travelers arriving by coach, as it is conveniently near Shudehill Bus Station. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the lack of response to my email inquiry. Additionally, one of the receptionists was rather unapproachable and cool towards us.

Great experience. Lovely breakfast.
Lovely room.
One massive drawback- Carpet was filthy and didn’t like to step on it barefoot, forgot our slippers so had to be moving with our trainers all the time.

Toilet wise is alright, flush button is a little hard to press. Bath tub works fine. TV is buggy on 1 room and cant be turnt on for the other. Lights in the room is lacking making it very dark. Near to Manchester Victoria maybe 10minutes walk, near to armsdale as well.

A few minutes walk from the tram station, very convenient. Breakfast is very good, room is clean and good. Staff and cleaning lady are very friendly.
Paid car park is opposite side of the road to the hotel......if it is at the hotel basement it would be perfect.
